I like to bake. I really like to decorate the stuff I bake. I also have a really big sweet tooth and I eat the stuff that I decorate.
I have a tendency to get creative and not follow recipes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I try to be neat and tidy, but sugar and flour have a way of getting all over the kitchen counter top. Totally unexplainable.
Besides baking, I have an interest in photography. I suppose that's good because a food blog without pictures would be like a day without sunshine... but cloudy days can be good too.
So this is a blog documenting my food-related experiences, which is mostly just baking and making a mess in the kitchen.... enjoy!
